NN309 Norwegian Heritage Hardanger		QTY:
	Compiled by Susan L Meier and Rosalyn K Watnemo. After designer Mildred Torgerson's tour of Norway in 1996, she was inspired to design this beautiful set of Hardanger embroidery pieces. The Norway bellpull pays tribute to Norway with a flag, and the words, Oslo, Lillehammer, Bergen, Trolls, Syttende Mai, Fjords, Bunad, Midnight Sun, Vikings, Lefse, Fattigmann, Lutefisk, Mange Takk, Var sa God, and Velkommen, backstitched in the center sections. Norwegian flags as well as American flags decorate the shorter runner, and the Hardanger letters spell out Uff Da around the square doily border. Stitch instructions are not included in this intermediate level book of designs. Clear charts and close-up photos of each design are included. 16 pages.
