LA4780 Dressing up Baby

QTY:

LA4780 Dressing up Baby

By Darla Sims. For cooler days and special occasions, baby needs a warm dressy outfit in crochet. These 5 fun sets each include a cozy blanket, jacket, hat and bootees. All worked in medium weight yarn (our DK or 8ply). The Aran outfit sports a the cheekiest hat and a V neck jacket, the little girl posy set cleverly uses popcorn stitch for flowers and leaves, the sunshine set combines warm colours with shells and post stitches. Sweet pea is adorned with flowers of the same, and the rug creates a motif allusion but is actually worked in rows of colour and the allusion is created later. Have not seen this technique before. The final set combines drop stitches and crosses and using a contrast colour in the lower section creates puffs between the crosses. If you would like something a bit different to the usual, then this is for you. 44 pages.
