This thread is quality European Madame Tricote "Almina" and Altin Basak "Myra" brands - these threads are made by the same company and are identical except for the branding - Myra colours are prefixed with "MY" on colour chart. This thread is supplied in a 50g hank so it has the following advantages:     less tangles as you are able to use the thread from the middle of the ball;     less bulk as there is no cardboard/plastic cone;     less postage cost as we can fit more than twice as many balls in a packet as the other 4ply threads.
