The book begins by explaining how crochet affects your body’s health and wellbeing. It includes a unique collection of 10 fell-good exercises, accompanied by projects to enhance the craft’s benefit.  These exercises focus on the upper limb, hands, and neck with meditation guidelines to focus on mindfulness, visualization, relaxation, daydreaming and motivation.

Even if you are a beginner, there is a section on how to crochet.

In total there are 20 projects, mostly made using DK yarn (8 ply).  Any special stitches used in the project are explained clearly, with tips to get the most out of the project – both physically and to feel good.  Projects include – a variety of mandalas, cushions, yoga mat, wrap, eye mask, book bag, stress balls, coasters, wall-hanging, afghans, bunting, necklace, washcloths, hairclips.
