Crochet Extra – December 2022/January 2023

It’s the end of 2022 – that has snuck up on us quickly.  Or if you are reading this in January – wow 2023 is here already!

Firstly I’d like to share a local community project that  all crocheters and knitters are invited to be a part of – To celebrate the  Mitchelton 30th Anniversary, the St Vincent Care Services are creating a flower tower to hang from the Mitchelton Monastery building that was built in 1929.  Flowers must be 5cm or larger and can be sent to St Vincents Care Services Att: Joanne Moore.  46 Church Road Mitchelton, 4053.  All flowers should be forwarded by March 2023 for the installation in May 2023.   This hanging was inspired by a Monastory in England.

Now we are on the countdown to Christmas we have put together a collection of bespoke kits and other crafty gift ideas.  Check them all  out here.
