We use Fastway Couriers (where available) or Australia Post – for regular delivery. Express and Registered post is sent with Australia Post.

All parcels are able to be tracked.

Fastway Courier information

Fastway Courier deliver by Roadservice only. The following are the approximate delivery times from the Sunshine Coast

Next Day – Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Sydney

2 days – Melbourne and Victoria and rest of NSW

3 days – Adelaide and SA

4-5 days – Tasmania

7-10 days – Perth and Vicinity

If you wish to have your parcel delivered quicker, please request express Australia Post delivery

The Fastway Courier delivery zone is the white area of the map below. Fastways will not deliver to a PO Box, so please use your street address.

We will determine for you whether or not you are within the Fastway Courier zone.

All goods shipped with Fastway Couriers are insured to their cost value.

Australia Post information

All goods are sent unregistered and uninsured, therefore at your risk. We therefore recommend Australian customers take the option of Registered Post which provides signature on delivery and up to $100 insurance cover.

Delivery times for Australia post are generally 1-2 days for major cities on the East Coast, up to 5 days for other locations on the East Coast and up to 14 days for the West Coast.

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars.

Payment
We cannot accept international money orders or money orders from your country as we cannot cash them in Australia, nor can we accept personal cheques or bank cheques in your currency. Payment can only be accepted by credit card (Mastercard or Visa).

Shipping

Shipping is by airmail international post with tracking. At the time you place your order, an estimate of the postage will be included and charged.  When you order is received the actual postage is calculated according to the weight of the items,  An invoice will be created for any additional charge and this will be emailed to you.  Once this invoice is paid your goods will be sent.  If there is no additional charge your goods will be sent in accordance with our normal policy.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery for parcels.  Please not that flights are currently restricted to many countries due to the pandemic. As a result, we have known it to take up to 12 weeks to arrive depending on the country.
