Lacis Shuttle Winder

Description

Lacis brand tatting shuttle winder,ﾠstainless steel, approx 6.5cm long. This winder is designed to hold virtually any standard tatting shuttle for loading with thread.ﾠ With complete control, you can gently open the tips of the shuttle allowing speed winding of the thread, funneling it between the tips. To operate, place the opposite tips of one face of the shuttle into the opening of the winder so the points fall into the dimple.ﾠ Holding the winder with the thumb and adjacent finger on either side of the centre stem, gently squeeze the centre stem, opening the tips, allowing thread to pass through.ﾠ Take caution on stiff materials such as shell and wood, to avoid damage to the shuttle.
