A beautiful book of 25 medallions made in mignonette tatting – a form of tatting that requires only one shuttle and uses rings and bare thread – meaning dainty or delicate.

This book includes hexagons, octagons as well as circles and stars that can be used alone as coaters, decorations, earrings or joined to create beautiful doilies, decorate clothes and more.

Each medallion in the book has a large diagramme pattern rather than being written out in long form.  It includes basic instructions for each of the techniques used.
