With 24 pockets situated around the gnome you can pop little gifts in for years to come and surprise the kids or family members in the 24 days leading up to Christmas.

You can fill it with crochet trinkets and/or the occasional chocolate. The fun may be in the making but wait until you start looking for cute surprises to fill it with. 

Skill Level : Confident Beginner 

Finished Size: Approximately 40cm high x 35cm wide (including arms) 

Tools Required: ¨ 3mm Crochet Hook (same size is used for all pieces), Scissors, Pins and Yarn Needle, ST Markers. ¨ Plastic or Cardboard base approximately 20cm in diameter and wadding for stuffing

Yarn Requirements: 100% cotton. Any 6 to 8 ply will work.  I used Scheepjes Catona 100% Mercerised Cotton.

Base colour C1 —100gms/250m
Body Colour C2 —200gms/500m
Hat colour C3 — 150gms/375m
White — 150gms / 375m

 Can be purchased as a kit with or without a selection of crafty trinkets to put into the pockets.
