It includes the book “A Collection of Favourite Medallions”, which was a combination of old books #3 and #8. These books have been out of print for decades. The original editions provided instructions for a single project for each motif using a specific thread (mostly #40 or #60 cotton). This edition provides additional information to try to enable you to use any size thread for any motif for any project (where practical). The 14 motifs vary in size from 6cm to 12cm using original thread size of either #40 or #60 cotton but if using #20 cotton they will be somewhat larger. Shapes vary from square to circular with a variety of delicate patterns with and without picots and there is even one triangular shaped motif that presents a challenge.
